Err no they are not, they are destroying residential area after residential area knowing its full of civilians, it’s a war crime open and shut case.
If they want to dislodge Hamas they’d just do it with boots on the ground, house to house like real soldiers, there would still be genuine collateral damage but Israel has opted for communal punishment and ‘hey if we hit some Hamas targets all the better’ and that’s a classic war crime

Hamas committed their act of terror on Oct 7th, killing and raping 1200 people, including babies, then they ran back into to Gaza, into the tunnels, and into the civilian population, disguising themselves as civilians. The so-called civilian population rejoiced and celebrated, they dragged the dead bodies of Jews in the streets. Then Hamas hid among children and travelled with children in their military vehicles. There is no army to go after.
The entire Gaza population is guilty of war crimes. The Jews are being nice. Be thankful and STFU.
