Yes, when they get out of prison in three years, it is impossible to become a repeat sex offender (for the most part).
Surely the part about getting out within as little as three years is the real problem. Longer sentences would also stop them from offending against children. As for "castration" -- either the chemical or the other variety -- is there a similar procedure for female sex offenders in each case?

But this is not true. The act of coitus in the context of rape is merely an exercise of power,
not sexuality. While chemical castration may prevent erection, it does not prevent the exercise
of power. The offender may still assault, abduct, and terrify his victim, and may still engage
in rape with a foreign object. In sex, the release of tension is i ...[text shortened]... ne who applauds his decision is similarly ignorant or merely a

For most forcible violent rapes of a stranger, I'd agree that it's almost invariably about power, domination and sadism rather than sex. However, in the case of repeated sexual offences against the same victim (e.g. a child or marital rape and DV victim), where there's a process of grooming involved, there may be a combination of sex and power motives. For example, there may be a sexual fixation on dominating a nonconsenting partner. This may be why DV and child sexual abuse have such a strong positive correlation. In any case, my point is that, where the motive is exclusively about power without any sexual fixation, a violent attack on a stranger is a likely choice for the offender to make.

Do you support the execution of female teachers who rape their students?

Yes, rape is rape is rape. It doesn't matter if they are male or female. You get the same punishment for the same crime no matter what and that is what is wrong with America, nobody wants to be held accountable for their actions. They would rather blame mommy or daddy or someone else instead of looking themselves in the eyes and saying, "Yes, I did it and I deserve to be punished accordingly."

It is complete and utter BS that you would even ask that. All you wanted me to say was, "It's okay if a woman does it.", because that would destroy my stance. Grow up, get your head out of your ass and into a logic book.

By the way, if they are female, they should be sterilized, too, and that includes removing the clitoris.

That's not necessarily true. If you read literature about sex offenders you first must understand that rape is not about sex. Sex offenders can still have a life of violent crime without rape and they frequently do.
Are you arguing for their execution then?

"Crime is crime"? What are you, nine years old? You're comparing the violent forcible rape of a small child to having consensual sex with someone under the age of consent and claiming you don't see a difference in what the punsihment should be. I'm not arguing anymore with you, you're just being a jerk and you know it. Find someone else to spin your wheels with.
according to the laws of our country, minors are not capable of giving their consent, or entering into contracts with adults...so consensual sex is not possible. It is rape, and should be treated the same way all other rapes are treated...period

That's horrible! It's a spiteful and cruel thing to do! There will always be mistakes in convictions and special cases.
