The strange part is I am Canadian and the immigrants here will not date white men and they usually ...90% of the time...only date men who are from India.

So they need to conquer that barrier first.

No my point was if women from the Middle East/India/Pakistan don't even have the strength or will to stand up against their own kind and make progress then the misogyny over there will never stop.
If the majority that leave their country won't date anyone but their own kind then obviously their is a tremendous amount of pressure from family and most likely a lot of fear and ridicule put on them if they sway from the authority of the older family members directions.
So basically they are living in the past mentally where they believe the man/father figure is the power.

The Indian government has a massive amount to do but I wouldn’t expect much from an extremist like Modi and his nationalist government.
