Nope. I don't want to be on a government watch list, if it can be avoided.

The video footage of the rioters smashing barriers, windows, assaulting guards etc. is enough information for the regular schlub like myself. If I was on a jury I would ask for more evidence.

No son criminal cases are tried in criminal courts not in the court of public opinion.

Umm there's a lot of violence in those "cherry picked" videos. You argue there is another side to a video of protestors breaking barriers, assaulting police, breaking windows and doors, vandalizing and stealing?

The peaceful other side could be a justification for the violence, but doesn't cancel it out. The rioters still rioted.

What does that have to do with Trump? He did not tell people to be violent.
Violent people are criminals. That is why they are in jail.
