Considering that since 1980 every president has served two terms, except for 4 short years with Bush Sr., can we safely assume that the two term president is now the norm?
You're working with a very small sample size, and even then we have (as you note) King George I standing as an exception.

I don't think there's any "norm", I just think that by coincidence, the last three presidents were the best choices each year.

Bush Sr. Was definitely a better choice than Michael Dukakus (sp?), Clinton was a better choice than Bush Sr., and Bob Dole (though I liked Bob Dole), and Bush Jr. was a better choide than Al Gore (not in retrospect, but based solely on the available information on them, and their ideas at the time), and better choice (though not by much) than the pandering, flip-flopping John Kerry. Obama was a better choice than McCain, and a better choice than Romney.

I don't think there's any "norm", I just think America's made the right choice for the past few decades.

Hilary doesn't have the charisma needed to get votes.

You mistake them for wanting such ideas.

They already know what is best. The only question becomes, how can they get you to understand?

LOL. I wondered how you would get around that. I had no idea you were good at gymnastics.

Incumbent presidents always have had an advantage, but not insurmountable.

I also think both Clinton and Obama were helped by the fact that they got bombed in their first midterm. After having given an enormous win to the GOP in the midterms people saw that didn't make that much of a difference and went back to the incumbent.
I would say that you underestimate the the advantage incumbents have these days. I will also predict that the next presdent will win two terms. Just remember that whey you go to vote.
