@metal-brain saidALL the proof right now is one cop, one abortion activist/provider and an individual claiming he did it. No name for child or mother.
Abby Normal strikes again!
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost told “Jesse Watters Primetime,” a show on Fox News, that there is “not a whisper anywhere” about any 10-year-old girl who was supposedly raped, got pregnant and is now having to travel out of Ohio to nearby Indiana to get an abortion.
DA and prosecutor are in the dark on this...both the cop and the doctor are legally required to report on this to the authorities.

@mott-the-hoople saidAre you nuts? Rape victim's names are not made public but the accused has already been arraigned and a $2 million bail has been set.

@mott-the-hoople saidProbably it's just safer and easier to travel out of state, given the possibility of litigation and vaguely written legal exceptions?

There are dozens of documented cases of girls 10 years old and younger giving birth. A doctor claiming the exception Yost mentioned on the ground that a child that young couldn't safely give birth would be on shaky legal ground if a local prosecutor decided to file charges.

@mott-the-hoople saidSimple answer: no, but every single Republican, including you yourself, did.
simple question, did biden lie about this rape and abortion?
16 Jul 22
@shallow-blue saidbiden lied when he stated the child had to go to another state to have the abortion, the Ohio DA stated that is not true, the child did not have to leave the state.
Simple answer: no, but every single Republican, including you yourself, did.
The abortion provider lied when stating the age of the supposed rapist. Nothing proves this except words, no dna tests available. Too many red flags going on with this.
@mott-the-hoople saidThe Ohio AG was falsely claiming the whole thing was a fake a day before his new claim that the law in Ohio arguably made travel to another State to obtain an abortion unnecessary. Analysis of the law and his stated basis for the claim make that assertion ridiculous as I have already shown.

By "words", you mean the confession of the accused rapist. And DNA tests are being performed. BTW, anyone having sex with a ten year old in Ohio (or any other State AFAIK) is a "rapist" so what does the age of the accused (not "supposed" ) rapist have to do with anything?
