Environment: Remember the breathless warnings that global warming was going to bring more a ...[text shortened]... vert capitalism and grind developed economies — ours especially — to a halt.

I remember over the summer there was a heat wave (I live in the US). It was HOT. I live in Pennsylvania and it was in the 90-100 degree F region. That's when everyone was saying this, "Oh God, it's global warming." It must be true because I have never heard of it getting hot in the summer. That makes no sense.

I also heard that if it gets could in the winter and snows, we are entering a new ice age... 😕
