For years, Donald J Trump worked to maintain his facade as a hugely successful business mogul, implying since he was so successful, he ought to be able to run America too. Recently released tax returns spells out in black and white just how big a failure Donald Trump really is. Mr. Trump is drowning in crushing debt. He struggles to pay his bills, with many millions of $$ more are coming due to his creditors very soon.
How are Trump supporters going to react on election day as they now find out the "successful businessman" they voted for is one of the biggest business failures of all time??

@earl-of-trumps saidNo, I did not hate him at all, I simply disagreed with his views.
You hated him because he made money, you hate because he lost money
you're as transparent as the living room window.
I would also add it's difficult to hate him because he made money - when in reality he's broke. 😏
@mchill saidI think he is moving towards a new business model for himself.

Siphoning off wealth from an economy for personal gain.
He is acutely aware of Putin’s success as Russia’s leader.
Widely considered to be the richest man in the world, unofficially of course, he is believed to have enriched himself to the tune of as much as $200B from a Russian economy with a GDP of about $2 trillion.
Or about 1/10th the size of the US economy.
There is no evidence that Trump is up to anything, yet.
But the optics are not good. Noticeably the drift of America towards authoritarianism.
When we hear terms like disputing or invalidating election results, throwing sand in the gears of the democratic process (USPS), and even invoking Marshall law as we from from some extremists (Roger Stone from outside a prison cell), we ought to be worried.
Yes, I as a Canadian say “we” because this guy is turning the global community into a dumpster fire.
I don’t get to vote, but I do get to be worried.
Biden 2020.
Let’s stabilize democracy first !!
We can sort out the socialism vs capitalism debate later.
And let’s get this COVID-19 pandemic under control, for crying out loud !!
@mchill saidBet you wish YOU could be such a failure.

@earl-of-trumps saidThing is Obama and Biden are the ones that have grown rich off of being in office...
Trump's rich, I hate him!
Look at Trump, he's so poor that I hate him
Trump is making $billions off the government!!
Trump is so poor he is broke.!!
[whistles] nothing to see here, folks. AS usual.
Obama was a Chicago "community organizer" making dick money, then after a couple years as freshman senator he becomes president and 8 years later he's worth a hundred million dollars.
No telling how much Biden is really worth, but between him and his son it's way up there.
@earl-of-trumps saidYou're deliberately acting dumb.

Trump being rich isn't the problem. The vast majority of politicians are rich, especially presidents. The problem is:
a) Trumping thinking being rich is makes him qualified to run for office, and
b) Trump's greed in serving himself and his rich cronies.
Trump's financial problems are serious because he lied (surprise, surprise) about his abilities to run a business and ran on that lie as a reason why he should be president. It was known prior to him running that he went bankrupt 4 times; it wasn't known that Trump avoided paying taxes by reporting losses for 10 years.
Trump ran on merely being rich as enough to be president; that was problem number one. Problem two: Trump lied about just how successful he was and kept secret how inept he was as at running a business.
