@eladar said"Nearly dead"?
I am going to admit I was duped by the hype. Now that I have seen how little effect this virus has had, I see it as the joke that it is.
It is a virus. Viruses kill a small fraction of the population, especially the elderly. The elderly are nearly dead anyhow, so they should realize death is coming soon enough.
We should all realize that death is part of life. False pr ...[text shortened]... not exist, peopke would not die.
You should wear your face shield and mask then get on with life.
Not according to US mortality tables. A man at 65 years old can expect to live almost another 18 years; a woman over 20 years. The figures are about 11 and 13 years at age 75 and even 8 and almost 10 at age 80. https://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/table4c6.html
It's a strange "death cult" you have there, Eldy. Of course, at least 20% of COVID deaths in the US are among those less than 65 as I already showed you in the other thread.

Using your numbers, a 65 year old living 18 more years is next to nothing.
How old and out of shape is Trump? He survived just fine. Getting covid is far from a death sentence.
The post that was quoted here has been removedI never thought you were a person who believed in freedom. You see yourself as superior, therefore others should be forced to listen to you.
That is not freedom, but it is the direction Western governments are headed. People like sh76 believe in it as well. False security in exchange of freedom is not for me.
@eladar saidLiving 18 more years is "is next to nothing"? Tell that to the next 65 year old you meet.

It's been a death sentence to over a million people already, at least 230,000 of them in the US. And it will be a death sentence to many more if COVID deniers like you get your way.

Getting covid being a death sentence is the false hype I am arguing against. Your argument is based on a falsehood.

@eladar saidDo you seriously believe that someone has a "freedom" to spread a deadly, contagious disease? And that any attempts by duly elected government officials to prevent the spread of such diseases is an infringement of that "freedom"?

The falsehood that if you get covid you will likely die.
Trump in all his obesity and old age survived covid just fine.

@no1marauder saidName a person who has not spread a virus.
Do you seriously believe that someone has a "freedom" to spread a deadly, contagious disease? And that any attempts by duly elected government officials to prevent the spread of such diseases is an infringement of that "freedom"?
@no1marauder saidIt's not biased? Maybe, but you sure are.
My post isn't based on that as you well know. So why lie and claim it is?
The Peaceful Protesters of Seattle, Portland, and other cities have been occupying
city streets since May 26th.
NOT ONE WORD ABOUT BLM SPREADING COVID FOR MONTHS IN THE MSM.
But no bias, Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo. ðŸ˜
