How do you expect the rich to stay rich if you nationalize their property? You're like a vampire, sucking them dry until society collapses.
You can only live off others' wealth for so long until everyone's poor and has no motivation to work beyond a certain point because they can't keep their earnings.
In Britain, in the 80s, publicly owned companies were sold off by an English tory government to private corporations who then subsequently employed the associated ministers once they had retired. Jobs for the boys indeed.

Sorry, but in the main the rich get rich because they have more brain-power or are wiilling to take more risks than the average personage.
That may well be true "in the main", but in the real world the rich are more likely to be rich by being better able to exploit the hard work and brain power of productive members of society, while producing only strife and inequality themselves.
They are normally able to do this by starting from a more privileged position in terms of better education, social conditions and family connections. Or possibly by being more ruthless and uncaring than the average person.
Much easier to take those risks when you have Daddy's inheritance to fall back on, or possibly a diagnosis of psychopathic tendencies to excuse any potential failures...
