Hahahahaha!
Duchess64 is the Ed Wood of good writing.
But she's an Einstein of ego.

@no1marauder saidThe fact that mammals contribute to healing each others wounds could be coincidental with the main evolutionary advantage to the healing properties of saliva being that it benefits their own gastrointestinal tracts. The important point is that communities survive more effectively than individuals which would agree with what you were arguing either way.
The article is rather long and not the easiest reading for a non-specialist but:
" That we are the only species to have evolved widespread, cooperative care-giving for ill individuals suggests that it evolved as a response to conditions that only occurred in the human lineage."
This suggests the trait is unique among humans.
@no1marauder saidThat would be to much for me to ask you to prove that but regardless of the term elites, Hierarchy's are not only natural but necessary. The fact that the hierarchy produces an elite may be an extension of the natural order.
Quite the contrary, in our Natural State we existed in egalitarian, cooperative bands with no "elites".
I personally feel that "elites" ( financial ones at least ) need to be "managed". And I am not even sure what I mean by that, but I feel they do more harm than good.
@jimmac saidThe natural distribution of talents is unequal. This is not injustice; only the talentless would think this is unjust. There is no injustice in the fact that one person is a better chess player than another, or a faster runner.

What is unjust is when a guilty rich person goes free and an innocent poor one is convicted.
@very-rusty saidThere is no need to capitalize the 's' in superior. (Unless you are talking about the lake).
Now you are starting to sound like goad who feels he is Superior. Someone one of you will have to take 2nd place....LOL.... 😉

And I have never claimed superiority in my writing. I specifically said I was superior to you. I stand by that.
@moonbus saidFully agree but I personally would not have the foggiest idea what to do about it.

I am not in favor of putting the brakes on rewarding effort, but that said I am in favor of a progressive taxation system that kicks in at a reasonable level, and caps out at 80-90%, at a high level, amongst other things of course.
@no1marauder saidI'm sure evolution contradicts you. Humans are most closely related to primates which have an alpha-male, hierarchical system. Most social animals have this.
Quite the contrary, in our Natural State we existed in egalitarian, cooperative bands with no "elites".
Man's "natural state" is the pursuit of dominance over others. Civilization is the constant state of trying to overcome our animalistic nature for a better way of life.

The post that was quoted here has been removedIf you consistently fail to communicate, you are a poor communicator. This is not something you can blame anyone but yourself for. Neither Finnegan or Twhitehead or any similar posters struggled to be understood here as you've claimed you are.
Remember, by your own admission, you fail to communicate sarcasm on this forum; so much so, you have to *literally* spell out you're being sarcastic. No other poster, including ones you admire, have this same inability to communicate.
