It will never happen because do-gooder ACLU activists will cry real crocodile tears and say that the death penalty is barbaric and inhumane and there are constitutional protections against cruel and unusual punishment.
logically, Capital Punishment is neither cruel or unusual, as long as it is generally seen as that said criminal deserves to die for such a terrible act, or if its too dangerous to let a man like that continue life.
Besides, wahts there to be worried about? even where its most likely to happen (texas prision), theres still an undeniabally low chance of it happening, so stop worrying
