If there is to be a NATO, let the EU administer it and PAY for it.. The US has been wasting resources since the USSR folded.

We are not paying for their weapons like we do Israel and Ukraine, are we?
NATO is an aggressive invasion pact intended for world domination. That is why NATO did not go away after the USSR folded. The NATO goal is to encroach until they reach Russia's border. Russia isn't having it. NATO has become an existential threat to Russia. A puppet nation of the USA at their border is unacceptable.
