@no1marauder saidthere is no vaccine that will prevent the spread of this virus, get that through your head
A health care worker who refuses to get vaccinated against a deadly contagious disease during a pandemic should be treated the same as one who refuses to wear a mask and gloves in an operating room. They are both knowingly endangering the health and safety of the people reliant on them for care and that is ample grounds for termination.

@mott-the-hoople saidThe evidence is abundant that the vaccinated are at significantly lower risk of catching and spreading COVID than the unvaccinated.
there is no vaccine that will prevent the spread of this virus, get that through your head
Health care workers should surely be aware of that fact by now.

@mott-the-hoople saidWhere the fukk do you morons get your information?

Jesus Christ. It’s like listening to drunk imbeciles discussing quantum gravity.

@shavixmir saidnot when dealing with imbeciles
Can’t you just use an official medical site?

@no1marauder saidIt is the high percentage of health care workers not taking the clot shot that should be raising an alarm for you.
Health care workers should surely be aware of that fact by now.
You have said taking the juice will reduce symptoms if you get the wuflu, Surely if a person doesn't know they've got it and continues as normal rather than isolating they pose a greater risk and it is these people who should be fired.
By your logic.

@mott-the-hoople saidWell, the thing is, health professionals, experts, virologists and health care systems generally know what they’re talking about.
not when dealing with imbeciles
And your links are generally filled with people who start their sentences with: “I’m not a virologist, but…”
Feel the difference?

@shavixmir saidthe bigger issue is why are you triggered when someone states a true fact about these vaccines

@wajoma saidBetter logic is taking the vaccine which significantly reduces your chance of getting the disease at all.

@no1marauder saidBut being unaware you have it because symptoms have been lessened by the shot then carrying on as normal is worse than being aware and self isolating. These people should be fired, and they should know better.
Better logic is taking the vaccine which significantly reduces your chance of getting the disease at all.

@no1marauder saidAnd significantly reduces your chance of severe consequences if you do. Double whammy.
Better logic is taking the vaccine which significantly reduces your chance of getting the disease at all.

@Sleepyguy
And clearly you don't give a rat's ass how many people are dying as we speak from Covid.
20 Jan 22
@mott-the-hoople saidSure does:
no it doesnt
"COVID infection rates among fully vaccinated people peaked the week of Dec. 27 at around 261 cases per 100,000 fully vaccinated residents but declined to 219.4 cases per 100,000 residents in the latest week of data. That's a 16% decrease.
Infection rates for those same two periods for unvaccinated people were rates of 1,982.5 per 100,000 (the week of Dec. 29, the same week the breakthrough rates hit their 261 high) and 1,706.3 per 100,000 the latest week of data. That clearly shows declining risk for even the unvaccinated, who still remain almost eight times more likely than fully vaccinated New Yorkers to be infected, according to the state."
