No need for state ok if the insurrection act is used and it is totally constitutional.
Protesting is not insurrection and why didn’t he use these powers when armed insurrectionists entered the Michigan state capital bldg.
You and trump are as usual full of 💩 and constantly being tripped up by your own hypocrisy.
Clearly the military hierarchy have noticed trumps unconstitutional leanings and are drawing up red lines for November’s election.

Taking over parts of a city is an insurrection.

Vandalism and looting is an insurrection.

a comprehensive list of swamp creatures is being compiled...they are slowly adding their names.
Trump will take all the swamp creatures to jail with him on Jan. 21, 2021.

The entire military will definitely not. Now, if he starts firing generals and replacing them with his loyalists, i would start worrying.
The Secretary of Defense is already on his side. Corruption starts at the top.

Gens. H.R. McMaster, Kelly, James Mattis, Joseph Dunford, James Amos, John Allen, John Paxton Jr., Col. Alexander Vindman and Navy Secretary Richard Spencer, all either quit or were fired by Trump.

Pretty sure that's not a full list.
Past 25 and counting.

Easy fix, fire the Secretary of Defense and replace the establishment Generals with actual Generals who follow chain of command.
Establishment, meaning Trump loyalists.

If they were Trump loyalists they would not be stabbing him in the back.

You are an extremist who has no sense of reality. Must be a result of mental damage from trauma as a youngster. Drugs and other things will do that.

The loyalists are not. They are the ones keeping quiet, endorsing Trump's insanity.

Coward. You're like them.
