@Metal-Brain saidLike I said, you're a retard.
@vivify
You don't care what the reason is. You just accept it for no reason.
You were just told there wasn't enough time for a primary before the August deadlines.
Political parties are private organizations. There is no law that states how they must nominate their candidates. "Each party establishes its own rules about how nominees are selected and how state parties may participate in that process, culminating in the quadrennial national nominating conventions."
So they can nominate their candidates any way they choose - with primaries, caucuses, smoke-filled rooms, or OUIJA boards. Usually, as a fig-leaf, they have some sort of partially democratic-looking process to convince people that they, too, are "democratic."
But in fact ALL political parties (without exception) are machines. Not democratic.

Then election meddling is perfectly legal.
@Metal-Brain saidYour stating of "they had plenty of time" doesn't make it a fact. You have a long history of such misinformation in this forum.
That is not true. They had plenty of time.
@Metal-Brain saidPolitical primaries are open to corruption because no law governs them.

Election meddling is TOTALLY illegal in every aspect.
The Court: "While it may be true in the abstract that the DNC has the right to have its delegates ‘go into back rooms like they used to and smoke cigars and pick the candidate that way,’ the DNC, through its charter, has committed itself to a higher principle."
However, “Federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction, possessing ‘only that power authorized by Constitution and statute.'” Which does not govern how political parties choose candidates.
@Metal-Brain saidI've said for many years now that the republicans could select a dead rhinoceros as their presidential candidate and the democrats could select a leaky gas can as their presidential candidate and both parties would still get half the vote each.
This is for the people who say they voted for her after Biden selected her to be his veep. You didn't vote for Kamala when you voted for Biden. It is not as if Biden could not have won without her. He could have picked anybody and democrats would still have voted for him.

Americans don't really care who the candidate is. They just vote for the party regardless of how outlandishly unqualified and unsuitable the person is because Americans think of the Rep's and Dem's as "teams" and people just want their team to win no matter how stupid the policies of their team actually are.

"Oh, a woman? What happened to most qualified?"
"Oh, a woman? I thought you wanted to win this election?"
Why oh why is human evolution so damned slow?
@Sleepyguy saidThanks for that voice from the maniacal weirdo contingent.
These are the people putting tampons in boys bathrooms and who can't figure out what a woman is. For them, denial of reality is virtue.
