Point well taken, and yes, I am for freedom all the way.
But I don't like people who use "freedom of speech" to tell lies about innocent people, so as to ruin them financially.

Does anybody *really* know what the companies "Uncle Ben's Rice" and "Aunt Jemima" did to deserve that crap?

Well I still buy Uncle Ben’s rice because it’s one of the best convenience rices out there and neither the picture on the packet nor the product name offend me but maybe they offend black people especially black American people so why not redesign the brand. I had to live with ‘Marathons’ becoming ‘Snickers’, it was traumatic but I got over it and it’s hard to complain through a mouthful of snickers.

Here's the thing, they keep getting rid of all the ethnic product symbols and characters and pretty soon there won't be anything but white people left on products, is that really what they want?

"Uncle Ben" and "Aunt Jemima" are stereotypes depicted as cooks (servants) in the white man's mansion.

Quite a difference, and for you to maintain that liberals will assume they are equivalent is just plain stupid.
