@shavixmir saidBased on 2,000 years of experience, when it comes to dealing with potential existential threats, Israel is not particularly impressed by the opinions of other countries.
Reports suggest Mossad was behind the terrorist attack on the Iranian uranium enrichment plant.
Iran has blamed Israel as well.
The UN has (or had anyway, until the US withdrew from the Iran nuclear agreement; which Biden has promised to rejoin) inspectors on the ground to make sure weapons are not being produced.
If Israel is behind this attack, what do you think of ...[text shortened]... yone can target US uranium enrichment plants?

Obviously, the US is not going to publicly condemn a bloodless setback of the Iranian nuclear enrichment program. The only question is whether behind closed doors, they're congratulating Israel or telling them this is a bad idea. That's a toss-up.
Of course, it's also quite conceivable that Trump administration officials had a part in planning this attack before Trump left office.
@sh76 saidthe only bad idea is allowing a brutal murderous regime to obtain nuclear weapons

People who listen to MSM are convinced that Iran is in violation of "the agreement". But the truth is,
Iran was always in line with agreement until there was no more agreement. And yet the media yammers on
as if there *is* an agreement and that Iran is violating it. Iran was in line with that agreement until Donald Trump broke it!!
There has not been "an agreement" for some years. Don't go blaming Iran.

You mean the Jews.
Israel existed from 1000bc to 550 bc.
And then from 1948 AD onwards.

@shavixmir saidIsrael existed long after 550 BC, including many years of complete autonomy well after that time under the Hasmoneans (perhaps it was called Judea then, but it was the same idea).

But yes, Israel incorporates the Jewish experience.

With Iran hinting that Israel was responsible for the nuclear sabotage, they have made
an announcement that appears to be a way for Iran to get Israel equally miffed.

Iran to begin 60% uranium enrichment after nuclear site incident
DUBAI (Reuters) -Iran said on Tuesday it will start enriching uranium to 60% purity, a move bringing
the fissile material closer to levels suitable for a bomb, after accusing Israel of sabotaging a key nuclear installation.
