That hardly matters.
And since there are still Russian troops fighting in Ukraine to gain more territory the "peacefulness" seems not to reach positive numbers in my scale.
And talking about other places at other times is "whataboutism" and duly noted weak debate style.

The USA occupies a 3rd of Syria, the oil rich part. Did Trump want peace? We still occupy a 3rd of Syria, is Biden going to give it back? Nope.
