I think it has more to do with the over emphasis being put on the achievement of the bottom academic achievers. The most important kids are the bottom 25 percent and graduation rate are overly weighted in rating schools.

Instead academic success of the top and having an option for those who are not academically gifted is the reform we need.

Libtards can't handle reality and want to blame teachers for the fact that everyone isn't ready for college upon graduation from high school.
