This article was amazing. Before reading it, I regarded the masses of internet idiots whining about oil with apathy. Now though, it makes perfect sense.

Though I'll never run around yelling "Bush did it for oil, impeach him," because that will discredit my opinion, I now am more informed.

The weird thing is that now I have to agree with foreign policy ...[text shortened]... ica will protect her dollar, and I can't find a good reason for our government to not do it.
Would you agree with a government allowing a terrorist act to
be carried out on its people to protect the dollar?
Or allowing a town to drown to protect the dollar?

No, You'd have to be an idiot to agree
with those hypothetical situations.

Hehe, sorry, I'm not into radical conspiracy theories. I did see loose change, and though it was well produced, it didn't convince me.

Hang on, i thought we went to way because Saddam was an evil dictator...who had weapons of mass destructions... but didn't...but then did...but then Bush says "axis of evil". I guess that must be the reason.

Where's the conspiracy? If I was going to banter about conspiracy
theories, I might be trawling along the lines of. - the US government
orchestrated the twin towers to justify a pre-emptive war in the
middle-east. Or that the State knew the impact of Katrina and
deliberatley held back as an experiment in military control.
But I'm not, I try and deal with facts.

Fact 1: Not enough intelligence and action was taken before 911 to
prevent the disaster.
Fact 2: Not enough resources were made available to New Orleans
when they needed it.

My point here is not that the state is killing its own people but
that it is allowing them to die.

In real world politics you can start a nuclear war by getting rid of your
nuclear weapons.

Ignorance is not an excuse.

After reading the article it would seem that real evil is any attempt by anyone to undermine the US dollar. It does have stamped on it In God We Trust so i suppose any action or strategy that would lead to its demise is inherently evil.
