Haiti was forced to pay France for the crime of revolting against slave owners, a debt that financially crippled Haiti until1947, when the debt was finally paid off. Haiti got poor while France got rich from Haiti being forced to pay former slave masters.
School segregations in the U.S. resulted in inferior education for blacks, and it wasn't until the 1960's when first black children entered schools attended by whites, when the National Guard was needed to protect a 6 yr old black girl from a mob of angry whites.
Apartheid in South Africa, which directly caused black poverty, discrimination and violence against blacks, didn't end until 1990.

Yep there are despots everywhere. So we will see if we can repair the planet or succumb to the greed driving white America into stopping the coming rises of CO2, Methane and more water clouds which is also a greenhouse gas, sending down energy from the sun instead of radiating it into space.

Mainly white man made. China is pitching in also with its use of coal and Germany is decommissioning nuclear plants, a really stupid idea now that they are not getting gas from Russia.
Of course I know the dangers of nuclear but till fusion comes on line big time and I don't mean one demo plant putting out a few gigawatts, I mean thousands of them putting out TERAWATTS, till then we are stuck sucking off the tit of fossil fuels and there are huge interests KEEPING us that way.
