So your argument only applies to the Democratic party?
He is no longer in the democratic party.

I didn't say he was.

But you've been making the claim that IF Biden steps down and the Democrats select a replacement without a primary, it's a disgraceful anti-democratic act.

Yet, you don't apply the same standard to RFK, Jr. who is running without winning any primaries at all.

That's pretty inconsistent, don't you think?

He is an independent, so what is the relevance?

I just told you.

You really don't have any standards at all.

I haven't voted for a Democratic Presidential candidate in the general election since 1992 and won't this year if it's Biden.

Because of the way the Electoral College system is now, my vote won't influence the outcome anyway.
I quit voting for other parties since I realized it was just like "pissing into the wind".

My last third party vote was for Nader in 2004, I think it was.

The electoral college should have been retired as a bad idea 200 years ago.

His point was, "You really don't have any standards at all."

Which, to me, seems more than obvious.

Independents don't get delegates in primary elections. He is just being stupid and you are following his stupidity.

Then supporting them is trying to destroy democracy according to your "logic".

No. I get to vote for my favorite candidate. If you allow a selection in your party you don't. A privately owned corporation does the voting.

How is a candidate selecting himself more "democratic"?

Let's face it, you're just worried that IF Biden steps down any Democratic replacement without the "old" baggage will easily beat Trump and reduce RFK, Jr's support to insignificance.
