It was the stated policy of the Nazis to kill, deport, or enslave the Polish,Russian, and otherSlavic populations, whom they regarded as Untermenschen ("inferior peoples"😉, and to repopulate the land with reinrassig ("pure breed"😉 Germanic ...[text shortened]... ral surplus to feed Germany and allowing their replacement by a German upper class.
he did not look like the role model he was trying to create.
He was not six feet tall athletic blond and blue eyed.
He did not epitomize the aryan race that he said Germany should consist of
when he was getting rid of all these other people who did not fit the bill.
He wasn't even a German himself. He was Austrian.

The post that was quoted here has been removedThat is correct. But De Valera was an unusual man.
In the war of Irish Independence De Valera, who was seen as the chief,
had many political battles with Michael Collins who in my opinion
would have been a better leader. But sadly he was shafted by De Valera
and later he was shot.
De Valera went on to be Leader and later President of Ireland.
I never had any time for the man or his party which today is called
Fianna Fail which means Soldiers of Destiny.
Another thing that happened was that after the war
Ireland became the first country to play Germany in
international football.
That's why the German away kit is green.

A must-see illustration, though a little too favorable depiction of the NRA guy.
