Assuming you picked correct stock. You’re welcome.
Note that you failed to mention the rents which you received over this period of time let’s say it’s $1200 a month I think that is $14,400 a year in rental income. So you have the increase in property value, together rent revenues.

Ok. Don’t buy real estate. Go with sh76, or roll the stock gamble. I bought COIN and FVRR on ‘good’ advice. Tanked. Shoulda listened to AvJoe and bought rental properties!!!
