Several years ago, in a financial thread/discussion, I suggested ways to get into rental properties, etc start with one and leverage into more.
You who did have reaped about a 20% increase in the value of your properties!!! That is the number since Biden took office. You can definitely leverage into a few more houses now. Congratulations.
The S&P 500 has averaged 27% per year over the same stretch.

Note that you failed to mention the rents which you received over this period of time let’s say it’s $1200 a month I think that is $14,400 a year in rental income. So you have the increase in property value, together rent revenues.
