If an adult wants a sex change… be my guest. No problem. Own toilets, no problem. Wants to be called he, they, she, it… no problem. I generally hate people and couldn’t care less.
However, call me an old fashioned traditionalist if you want, I am of the persuasion that gender dysphoria is a psychiatric condition. I’ve made my opinion on this very clear, multiple times.
And combining this with my stance on genital mutulation (which I am very much opposed to), I disagree, 100%, with trans medication and trans operations in children (anyone under 18; although I would prefer to put the age of adulthood on most issues at 23).
Now, if we’re talking therapy only (as in psychiatric therapy to help a child with their identity, problems, sexual orientation, bi-polar disorder or whatever), I am obviously not opposed to it. Help people by all means.
But, when it comes to hormone therapies, operations, etc. , then I am opposed to it. Until they’re 18.
