NBC.
These are all the times Kavanaugh has made clearly misleading or false statements to Congress.
Josh Hawley (R-Missouri) said this last month:
""I will vote only for those Supreme Court nominees who have explicitly acknowledged that Roe v. Wade is wrongly decided," the Senate Judiciary Committee member said. "By explicitly acknowledged, I mean on the record and before they were nominated."

Amy Coney Barrett has never done so and surely won't at her confirmation hearings.
Who thinks Hawley will stick to his "principles"?
@vivify saidif that were true do you not think schiff and nadler would not be all over it? it is a crime if true.

@mott-the-hoople saidIt's not a matter of "if"; Kavanaugh committing perjury is a fact, not an opinion.

For one example (out of many), it's a fact Kavanaugh claimed, during the hearing, to find out about Ramirez, who claimed Kavanaugh exposed himself to her, days before he claimed to have first read about it in the NYT. Text messages sent days before the Times article came prove this. These are facts.
Why Schiff didn't pursue charges doesn't change facts. The facts clearly show Kavanaugh committed perjury.

@mott-the-hoople saidScalia died when there was more than 20% of the term left.
because the voters had entrusted that power to the republicans
Not close enough to the election.
Exactly what did the voters entrust to the Republicans ?
I would think that the trust would have been to bring the nomination to a vote.
Did that happen ?
Trust you say ??
