Just pay humans to consume but not to work. Universal Basic Income. Or jettison the whole concept of money as an exchange medium altogether. Distribute tranquilizers free, criminalize refusal take them.

The absolute same thing was said about mechanization. Robots will take over our jobs.
Well there are still jobs done by humans, either because it's not worth going for robots or that humans are better.

We simply need to pass UBI and lower the length of the work week and let whoever is better at a job do that job while humans find other fields to work in.

Your comments don't seem terribly consistent with one another. Are you in favor or opposed to the use of AI?

Sure I can clarify that. Pro-AI or Anti-AI is a pointless question. I'm anti-hurricane but nature doesn't care. The dominance of AI over human intelligence is a foregone conclusion. The question is how will humans deal with the eventuality of AI superiority over human intelligence?

AI is also coming for jobs. Almost all jobs.
