@divegeester saidThere’s no such thing as a communist fascist.
What about communist fascists?
You and shallow blue are infecting some interesting posts with your own partisan opinions on “conservatives.
“All fascists have a degree of conservatism”
This is a made up claim by you both.
Fascism is a set of ideals.
One of them is nationalism. In this they seperate “Us” and “Them”.
The “them” being the intrusion on the status qua which came before and is, within nationalism, better than the situation now.
This is a conservative outlook (not to be mistaken for the conservative party, capitalism or anything like that). So, conservativism as in wanting to go back to what was good.
And my point in this, is that it is frequently mythological in nature.
Take British nationalism (not patriotism): the real Englishman. Is than a Norman (French), Anglo-Saxon (Germanic), Dane (viking) or Britan (Celtic)?
And how the hell would anyone know the difference nowadays?
So, a myth is created as “The English” who were here first and are better than “them”.
I fear, in this, it is you who misunderstand conservativism (as an approach to history and policies by way of comparison to progressive) and “being conservative” (which in England means voting Tory, pro-capitalism, slightly religious and waving a Union Jack at the last night of the proms).
@divegeester saidBy "impact" did you mean "affect"?
Throwing abusive ad hominems at me doesn’t impact me
Just trying to protect the language against sloppy linguistic drift.
@suzianne saidNo. No, no, no. You do not get to redefine just any word you like. Fascism is not a catch-word for "any right-winger". Fascism was one, specific, type of authoritarianism, as started by the National Fascist Party under Mussolini and spread to other countries in the early 20th century. What's happening to your country right now is right-wing, authoritarian, hardline, murderous, call it what you will, but it does not fall under Fascism.
You don't live in the US, so I'm going to assume your comments don't take the US into consideration.
If you did live here, your tune would have a different name.
@shallow-blue saidNot yet, anyways.

@kmax87 saidIts an old one but a goodie. cmon guys somebody laugh..give us a smile...
I'm kinda thinking maybe one of those African Pygmy tribes like the Faa Ko Wee. You know they run around in the long grass barely visible, jumping up and down shouting we're the Faa Ko Wee, we're the Faa Ko Wee...
Communist Fascist?...Possibly communist nationalist...🤔
How come every so called communist country looks racist?
Soviet Russia was "communist" and it was White.
North Korea is "communist" and it's Korean.
Every country that tries communism hasn't been multi culture.
Americans seem to think communism means multi culturism which, as history has shown...it is not.
Now someone will say those countries are not real communism 🙄...they are authoritarian.
The funny thing about communism is it can't exist because it never makes it past the dictatorship phase.
@kevin-eleven saidI meant “impact”.

I feel “affect” has too passive a vibe to convey my point to Suzianne’s ranting.
Thanks for being here.
@contenchess saidCongratulations, you just proved yourself to be globally ignorant.
Every country that tries communism hasn't been multi culture.
Try Cuba.
@shavixmir saidNah. Trumpie-boy doesn't even have the stomach of Mussolini. Maybe Cuomo has, but he's a has-been.
Not yet, anyways.
@shallow-blue saidCuba is a shythole.😏
Congratulations, you just proved yourself to be globally ignorant.

@shavixmir saidAnglo-Saxon is already a combination. The English are a Germanic mixture named for the Angles. Danes, Saxons and Normans, being of Germanic ancestry themselves, were easily absorbed into the Angle-ish ethnos.
Take British nationalism (not patriotism): the real Englishman. Is than a Norman (French), Anglo-Saxon (Germanic), Dane (viking) or Britan (Celtic)?
Britons are not English. They are the Welsh and the people of Brittany in northwest France. They were defeated by the English and lost most of their land. This is what the stories of King Arthur and Vortigern are based on.
@jimm619 saidNope. History is written by those who write history. When Vikings pillaged monasteries in England the monks wrote the history, not the Vikings.
''....History is aIways' written by the winners.
@AThousandYoung
So do the Brittons whine and cry about the stolen land just like us Notth Americans hear Indians whining and crying?
English Get Out of England!! 😡
