There are black communities. There is poverty. There is culture. There are stereotypes. There is religion. There is politics. There is tradition. There are laws. There is education. There are inherent power structures. There are inherent possibilities.
And what you think is race, is actually a complex combination of what I’ve just summed up.
And the same goes for any community. No matter what colour or religion they are.
Why do you think you’re so different than I, when we’re both presumably “white”; albeit that I’m probably way whiter than you are?
What’s happened, is that you’ve been sucked into a theory which tries to simplify a very complicated situation; one which lays the blame at any door but your own. Because that makes life easier.
And that’s not life, culture or history; nothing is clean cut and simply explained. Not even ignorance.

Example: Issues such as wanting Article 42 lifted, let aliens in. BUT, say, they have a pool, ask them if they will take the next step and invite people whom they know nothing about to fill up their back yard, and swim in their pool for as long as they want to, and of course partake of the medicine cabinet and refrigerator.
Someone ask them that, they don't appreciate my asking them, making them squirm!!!!
