Are you trying to pull a whodey and claim liberals are responsible for Trump?

Originally posted by SleepyguyYou really believe liberals are supporting a candidate who proposed banning Muslims? You think it's liberals supporting someone who said women should be punished for having abortions?

You're not being honest with yourself.

It's OK. Let's just call them "too far left for a conservative's taste", and Trump is definitely in that camp. Conservatives wanted Cruz.

Liberals elected Obama, not "the country". If you look at the popular vote in both of his elections, isn't wasn't by wide margins. If conservatives had their way, Obama would not have been elected; and If conservatives have their way again, Trump will be in office.
By almost all estimates, no more 25% of Americans self-identify as "liberals," while Obama got well over 50% in both elections. Moderates elected Obama and it's (probably) moderates who will reject Trump.

EDIT: Still doesn't change my overall point that conservatives weren't involved in electing Obama. Therefore, you shouldn't be dumbfounded at Trump's nomination, as if Republicans made some wild change.
