The Amendment says "engaged in insurrection". And there is no higher office in US Government.

He called for the insurrection. He promoted it and he claimed without it the country would be lost. Combine that with MAGA imbeciles and you light a powder keg. We knew it, and he knew it.

His bought and paid for Supreme Court could not find a spine on the issue. They simply voted the way Trump wanted them to vote. But make no mistake. It was insurrection. Millions of us watched it live on TV, as did Trump himself, acting like a 4-year-old, pointing into the toilet and saying "Look what I made!"
