This problem is in the states too. I used to live in Louisville, KY but moved. There were sooooo many gangs there. Not too many of them were bad, just friends hanging out and trying to insult other gangs. But some of the gangs did have problems. Parents simply don't care enough about what their child is doing.

IS IT REALLY ANYSURPRISE THAT SO MANY PEOPLE SEEK TO LEAVE THE UK ? THIS IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE MAIN ISSUES LEADING TO THIS. ME, I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE !!!
