They moved him to another school in the district, and he rapes another female in the bathroom. A 3rd rape occurred off campus.
Now, is this an individual that has a female mind? NO! He sees life sexually as a male. But everyone believed him.
Just as an aside, Loudoun county is the wealthiest county in America. It's in Virginia.
