@sonhouse saidStop lying. They were not stolen. That is why he was not charged with a crime.
@Metal-Brain
Oh, so if there were no nuke papers that makes it ok for Trump to have stolen 27 boxes of OTHER TS/SCI docs.
You are fukking CLUELESS or worse. I go with MUCH worse COMRADE.
Last time I knew stealing was a crime warranting arrest.
@metal-brain saidOnly in your own mind. Note the second word of the sentence you quoted - it is relevant here.
" Most non-psychotic people do, in fact, take fact checkers seriously"
Then how was I able to prove so many of them wrong?
@metal-brain saidThe investigation is still ongoing.

@metal-brain saidPlease go to the nearest Police Station and tell the officers what "confident" or "secrte" or "Top secret" documents Obama took and if you want to be really helpful tell them where they ae stored.
The word “illegal” is also ridiculous, and the lengthy explanation makes it sound like Barack Obama did not leave with 30 million documents. The National Archives do not have a single digital upload from that stash as of today. When will his residence get raided?
Then we will see if there will be any action.
However if you don't know anything it would be a really good strategy to keep silent.
Question did the FBI agenst remove boxes with merked documents?
If Trump did the declassifictaion, why wasn't it mentioned on said boxes?
(I assume that would be an requirement in itself, it is in Germany)
What do you sepcifically knwo about the declassifictaion process?
Edit: you can read up on the rules for classifictaion and declassificiation here:
https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2010-01-05/pdf/E9-31418.pdf
The declassifiction is treated unter section 3. The president is not named.
The president can declassify everything he classified.
