So you figure a body is a body and everyone is equal in the job search.
Like you said, there are a lot of druggies who cannot be hired because they would fail the drug test, and others too old to work, medically unable to work but none of THAT matters in the slightest to you, they are numbers and they need to go to work no matter what their life situation is.
I am 80 years old and I am still working and probably will till I am 90, supporting a large family and I am in excellent health so there is no reason why I cannot work.
But you would just go back to Atlas Shrugged and say this is how it is.
