they supplied him with chemical and biolodgical weapons for use against Iran.
Also supplying Saddam were the British the French and the Russians, but you probably are not aware of this because you are like most ostriches on the subject... your head is in the sand.
P:s Saddam informed the USA he was going to invade Kuwait...(documented fact) the USA said go ahead but we don't know what you are doing, but took a better deal of the Saudis to get ivolved militarily
