I'd say just keep watching your 401 and keep on being a slumlord, you will make out well ESPECIALLY if Trump wins, when you give him money he responds with sweet jobs in the Pentagon or WH, and you can have a great hand making sure Project 2025 gets fully implemented. You will be paid well for all that suppression to come.
