OMFG, after Arizona went whole hog into Republican-backed charter schools, the state dropped to 45th in the nation. In education spending per-student, it dropped to 49th.

His record was so "shameful" the voters in Minnesota elected him by about an 8 point margin and flipped the State Senate giving the Democrats control of both Houses of the State Legislature as well.
I certainly hope the voters nationwide react the same way.
