@athousandyoung saidDood mentioned Flight School he attended, on page 1 hereof.(hereinabove).
I have a B17 in War Thunder
So I am thinking, cool, a patriot in our midst, ..not many of those.
Then Thousand says above 'I have a B17....' and I start to swell with pride, but think this can't be, so I google War Thunder....was he in Iraq? So cool.
Thousand compares the service of Dood to a computer game.
Classic example of a true light-footed liberal. But then, to be fair, that is all they know.
@averagejoe1 saidLike Trump I am far too important to serve in the military. I might consider it if they offered me a high enough officer's commission.

We already knew you were an idiot but the fact that you believed I owned a WW2 heavy bomber is icing on the cake.

@dood111 saidYou do know there's this thing called a backspace key, right?
OMG I made a typo I'm soooooo sorry.
Or do you just typically assume you don't make mistakes?
Either way, you don't give a crap to get anyone's name right.

PS At least he knew there are other countries.
My future-wife, as a teenager, spent an exchange year in Iowa. The Iowans asked her whether they have refrigerators where she came from (Germany). Apparently they were in doubt whether other countries had electricity. I kid you not.

In the late 40's those were legitimate questions.
