And she has "finger prints" which is pretty telling as to being a "human". Just a really unfortunate human who has lost the higher brain processes.

I don't know. If a stranger shot her, I say throw the book at that person for just purely philosophical reasons, ie, "arrogance guiding reason" is not logical.

If a loved one does it, let a jury decide. I can't even imagine what the result of that trial would be. Robert Blake and OJ Simpson killed their wives and got away with it. That's the way of life.
