Secondly the donation he made was in 2011 and 2013 to support her campaign as DA, and years before trump declared his interest in running for POTUS.

Because they are buddies. That debate was as fake as pro wrestling smack talk.
Trump helped Kamala and he didn't even complain much after the moderators joined the debate. Seems like Trump is helping to facilitate that trend that is starting.
