@beowulf saidLMAO!
No but during a search if they show up they can watch.
They were denied access.
Case dismissed.
It sounds like you never had a lawyer, at least a good one.
@no1marauder saidProbably not guys π€

or were spinning around Jupiter. For your information SH76 and NO1Marauder really do have law degrees. You're only displaying your ignorance.
BTW- I was born in 1954. You were really here before that? I don't think so!
@mchill saidIs that you, Suzianne? What is it about Marauder? He loves letting crooks out on the street!!! You into Marauder, are you?
Hello Beowulf- You've not been here nearly as long as I have. No1marauder is very much a lawyer and knows what he's talking about.
You have no idea how wrong you are! π
We never had links in law school!!! He is the link King of the Forum! He has to be a lawyer, as the links are obviously sourced by his paralegals. No grown man would do that. The MJimmmmms do that.
"The Trump family has also said that attorneys were not allowed to visit the property during the search, a claim Newsweek was not able to independently verify. Rossi told Newsweek that a lawyer's presence would be a privilege, not a right, and that attorneys would be very limited by what they could do during the course of a search.
"Ninety-nine percent of search warrants are conducted without any lawyers present," he said. "And when he or she is present at the search warrant, all they can do is sit on a couch and watch, they can't interfere. They can't comment, they can't direct, they can't obstruct. Because if they do any of those things, they'll be arrested."

@no1marauder
So what stops the law from planting evidence?
You've seen cops do it to black people so you think they wouldn't do it in this case?
@no1marauder saidNEVER, EVER, nor the prospective defendant/
I've never heard of lawyers being allowed to be in an area searched pursuant to a warrant.
The Feds never discuss their cases either.
You will likely not see any press conferences
until an indictment is issued, if ever.
@beowulf saidIs there a movie you can recall in which a defendants lawyer is present to oversee a warranted search?
Probably not guys π€
Maybe I've watched too many movies?
All the movies I've seen the door gets kicked in, a warrant is waved around, then a bunch of people run around tearing apart furniture, and then the smart detective comes in and finds the evidence in the fireplace.
Certainly yes, there are legal ways to fight a warrant. But requiring a lawyer is present for the search is.... really weird.
@beowulf saidAh the old black person gambit.

@Beowulf
Hey canuk, keep out of our business. The FBI got an informer inside which every repub on Earth has that person in their sights. And OF COURSE the zombies believe every word their god king pukes.
It would be pretty hard to take out a dozen boxes without bringing anything in but that won't bother the zombies.
One thing to note, that dude on Twitter said this would start the second civil war but instead 4 people show up near Mar a LOGO and there were a lot more MEDIA folks there than the tRUMP supporters.
Trump must be FURIOUS there was no war.
@mchill saidBeowulf is just the latest in a long string of RHP accounts for this particular poster.

Hey Beowulf, could you please list all your former banned account names for nostalgia's sake? I've forgotten them all.
