A better question is why the US is designated to be the world wide hand out nation. So I guess the US will beg Red China for yet more loan money so they can hand it over to Haiti. Why not just give the world real universal health care courtesy of the US taxpayer? Either bring all the worlds sick and dying to the US or send health care workers to them. Does that sound good to you?
