What is the dog whistle. And why confuse a simple fact by assigning a label (dog whistle)? The word fact has been around as long as language has been around, and the phrase DogWhistle has only been around I guess for only a century or 2.
So how bout trim off the fat, and consider the fact as it stands? The debate judges are getting a little antsy.

It is a fact that Buden restricts entry into the USA for folks from the south part of the continent of Africa. Further, that it is a fact that he does not restrict such an entrance into the USA by people in the northern part of Mexico.
Could you comment and square these two different points of view by Biden?
