September 10th 2001. Sec Rumsfeld was explaining to congress that 2.3 trillion USD was missing from the budget. Conveniently the 911 WTC attacks happened the next day. No one ever found out what happened to all the missing money, it was covered up.

@Metal-Brain
It wasn't missing he said the expenditures couldn't be tracked.
The thought that they knew exactly where to hit the Pentagon where the records were kept is ridiculous.

@jj-adams saidSec Rumsfeld did not say that was a single year of spending.

Your website is misleading you into thinking he did. He said over decades.
Your source is lying!
@metal-brain saidLook up any site you want, he said it wasn't tracked properly, not missing.

I know, but that does not prove it is not missing either.
Nobody knows.
@metal-brain saidIt also does not prove that a meteorite did not strike the Pentagon. Nobody knows, least of all you. Go on speculating, you’re as funny as anything on
I know, but that does not prove it is not missing either.

@metal-brain saidHans Blix and his team found no evidence of such weapons there. If there are any there now, the Americans put them there.
Still think there are WMDs in Iraq?
@moonbus saidSo you don't believe everything my government says? Let me guess, you think it was an honest mistake. All just a misunderstanding that led to an unprovoked invasion of another country.

@metal-brain saidMistake?

I’m pretty sure the terrorists weren’t aiming for a Wendy’s and accidentally hit the Pentagon by mistake.
Now, why did the terrorists do it?
Glad that’s sorted.
Then we can get on to the US (over) reaction and how weapons companies benefitted from the lies about WMD, Bin Laden… but not Saudi-Arabia.
@shavixmir saidWMDs were not in Iraq. My government claims it was an honest mistake.

@metal-brain saidSince Iraq had used poison gas to kill thousands, there was no reason to believe they didn't have more.
WMDs were not in Iraq. My government claims it was an honest mistake.
@jj-adams saidFirst of all, my government helped Saddam do that.

Second, Scott Ritter said it was unlikely he had chemical weapons anymore. They accounted for over 90% of them being destroyed so there was no reason to keep any of them that were not accounted for. Bush didn't want to hear it though. Saddam even said he would let inspectors in to prevent war. Bush said he was tired of him playing games. We now know he was not playing games. He honestly didn't have any WMDs anymore.
@metal-brain saidIt wasn’t a mistake. It was based on blatant lies, as told by Colin Powell at the UN.
WMDs were not in Iraq. My government claims it was an honest mistake.
Even the CIA told your government there were no WMD’s.
