The West’s propaganda is generally more subtle than Russian or Middle-Eastern propaganda.
So, instead of lying or making things up, they highlight certain details to frame the story in the way they hope to nudge people in the right direction.

Haven’t seen the Israeli girl thing but unless we know who generated it it could just as easily be a Russian plant which enables them to make the false claim of equivalence in terms of propaganda, there are plenty of verified cases of Ukrainian civilians standing up to the Russian invaders for the west not to need to make them up.
Unless you have evidence that Ukrainian cities are not being subjected to the same Russian playbook of aerial obliteration that they used in Grozny and Aleppo but that’s what I’m seeing every night on news feeds that I trust far more than MBs sources.
I think the notion that their is some kind equivalence concerning Russian and western propaganda is fanciful to say the least and Russian propaganda in and of itself.
