Here again, you slander me by not responding to my post that I clearly said, Congress has to approve expenditures. Funny how you acknowledge that very fact of law, yet you were cool with Biden spending all of our money to pay the loans off of losers coming out of college, with no such congressional approval .Pure unadulterated losers. They are losers. I hope all of this goes on their CVs.
