The post that was quoted here has been removed"...everyone know how to dance."
At the first dance party I ever went to, my partner and I won the dance contest. (We were just friends.) I won a comb suitable for a crew cut, which I didn't have. The dance was organized by moms in a backyard patio, moms who as an adult I realized were reliving their youth; my mom gave birth to me when she was 41 so was she over all that with her first borns.
I had (have) a sister 2 years older than I who taught me to dance. Her girlfriends liked to dance with me when they were over at our house because, I think, I was safe, but I was not their brother. Foxtrot, more or less. Later, in high school, on rainy days phys ed was conducted on the basketball court with mixed classes, and we learned the bossa nova, cha cha, and more foxtrot. There again, I noticed female teachers liked to come in and watch, and dance a bit on the sidelines.
Now we get to vicariously experience these first steps.

Who's Marion?

She has three sons, but the closest lives about 10km away and they all work. She is forever apologizing for being such a "pain" and I tell her , "Marion, if I'm able to help I'm more than happy to." Her needs can be anything from needing a drive to an appointment to her not being able to get her TV to work and everything in between. Are any of you in my shoes?"
