And that's an ignorant thing to say.
GB was basically saying that man does not know the future, but God does. God has revealed the future through the Book of Revelation. In this way, Christians (and others who take heed) understand where the future is really going, and no, it has nothing to do with 2012. I've answered questions in this forum ab , but GB keeps after the general forum like Don Quixote at the windmill, to similar effect.
there's a spirituality forum for that stuff, you know.

In this case, I was asked what my beliefs in end times were. Then made fun of for them. As I said, lesson learned.

the original was not one of Jesus's better rhetorical moments, i think. if he was around to say it today, it would be all over the papers and he'd have to back-peddle and say his comment was 'taken out of context' blah blah blah, and that he hadn't intended to call non-believers pigs blah blah blah. i guess even he had his bad days. on the other hand, since he was more or less preaching to the converted that day, i suppose they might have enjoyed being told, essentially, that they were superior to non-believers.

And I do not take it back. Or back-pedal. I said what I said, and meant what I said.
Originally posted by Suzianneok, so you're calling non-believers, or perhaps just GF posters, pigs, and you stand by that. good for you. i still think it smacks of arrogance.
